Individual Appointments are conducted in our office at 3140 Parsons Road (99 St).

If requested, we will consider traveling to your location at the cost of our travel time.

Payment Options

Revive Wellness accepts cash, debit, cheque, visa or mastercard for our services. Fees are due at your first session. All Revive Wellness services are provided by registered dietitians and are tax deductible. Check your extended health plan, as an increasing number of plans provide coverage for registered dietitians. Many clients also use a portion of their health spending accounts to cover the cost of their nutrition consulting.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give us a minimum of 24 hours notice and we would be happy to accommodate you. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged a full session fee.
