Is Stress Affecting Your Employee's Performance?

Revive Wellness offers and facilitates the widely used and validated Stress Map Assessment Questionnaire. StressMap is a comprehensive self assessment tool that helps the individual explores sources of stress and their personal responses to them. The Map pinpoints an individual's strengths and vulnerabilities, detects burnout zones and helps them chart new strategies for enhancing personal health and overall performance.

The StressMap Questionnaire gives individuals the opportunity to assess their current level of effectiveness in each of four areas:

• Their Environment -- which examines the changes, pressures and satisfactions that are a part of an individual's everyday work, personal and family worlds
• Their Coping Responses -- explores six basic skills that help people manage stressful situations in their environment.
• Their Inner World -- measures six thinking and feeling patterns that help or hider a person's ability to manage stress.
• Signals of Distress -- gives the individual a reading of their body's health, and their degree of difficulty in managing work and life stress.

The Stress Map Questionnaire takes employees approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete. Upon completion, each employee will have a personal assessment of their response over twenty-one stress factor scales. They will also receive an individual performance snapshot and have identified areas of concern.

When used as a part of the Revive Wellness "Corporate Wellness"  package, each individual will be encouraged to use the results from their StressMap when creating their action plans and personal lifestyle goals.

Employers will also receive a summary highlighting key issues or trends highlighted in the Stress Map questionnaires.
