Base Nutrition Check-up Package

• 1 hour initial assessment with one of our dietitians, where your current diet and nutrition goals as well as pertinent lifestyle concerns, medical history, current medications and supplements will be reviewed
  


• Customized nutrition recommendations developed by our dietitian based on information gathered
  


• During a second follow-up visit, you will receive your personal nutrition recommendations in a 45 min follow-up and teaching session
  
  Add on components available computerized nutrient analysis, menu makeover, anthropometrics, grocery shopping tours, cupboard makeovers and follow-up visits.
